Yoga for Mindfulness

The Wellness ministry is sponsoring six weeks of Yoga for Mindfulness! The class will be led by Overbrook’s own Michaela Shaffer, who is a certified yoga instructor.

Persons of all ages and abilities are invited to “drop in” and stretch your mind, your body and your spirit. Join us in the Parlor on Saturday mornings from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. (starting 2/4) or on Wednesday mornings from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (starting 2/7). The cost is $5 per session and no sign up is needed. Bring your own yoga mat and a great attitude!
