Yoga for Mindfulness – Session 2 details

YOGA FOR MINDFULNESS, with Michaela Shaffer, will return to the Overbrook Parlor for a new set of classes. Wednesday classes will run from April 4th to April 25th, and Saturday classes will run from April 7th to May 12th. All classes are scheduled from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Sessions are $10 each; please bring a yoga mat.
