Yoga for Mindfulness Continues!

GOOD NEWS! Yoga for Mindfulness, with Michaela Shaffer, will continue to meet here at Overbrook indefinitely. Bring a yoga mat and $10 and join us for class when you are able:  Wednesdays from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Friends and neighbors are always welcome!
