Join us on Sunday, October 27th, for a night of Halloween fun!
We’ll start at 6:00 p.m. with a hotdog dinner inside the church and then head out to the parking lot where trunks will be open, decorated and ready to dole out treats to all children who attend. Everyone is welcome to wear a costume, bring a friend and join in the Halloween fun! Our rain plan is to spread out tables around the church building. Reservations are not required, but are always helpful. To make yours, sign up in the Narthex or call or e-mail the church office (mention “Trunk-or-Treat” with the number of people attending). For questions, or to help us out, contact Mary Gause (614-261-1040 or firstname.lastname@example.org).
We need help:
- Providing trunks and treats – trunks don’t have to be decorated, but know there is a Golden Broom Award and bragging rights for the best decorated car! In the past, we’ve needed treats for about 100 kids (we invite our preschool).
- Servers – to help make our Trunk-or-Treat dinner go quickly, and to make sure everyone gets to go outside and participate in the fun, we’re asking for a handful of people willing to help set up and clean up.
